Chelsea win League Cup: Social media reaction

Chelsea lifted the League Cup for the fifth time in the club's history yesterday afternoon courtesy of a 2-0 victory over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.

As is often the case these days, social networking sites were inundated with Chelsea players posting messages and pictures of their celebrations.

At least former Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher will be content, having ranted about selfies being taken in the dressing room without a trophy having been won!
