Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek faces two weeks on the sidelines with a foot problem, according to a report.

Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek is reportedly facing two weeks on the sidelines with a foot problem.

Loftus-Cheek suffered the injury in the latter stages of England's 1-0 win over Switzerland on Tuesday night.

The midfielder was seen walking without his football boot after the final whistle and did not look comfortable as he moved across the turf.

According to The Sun, Loftus-Cheek - who has only played 33 minutes of Premier League football this season - had a scan after the international friendly, and he is now facing two weeks on the sidelines.

The 22-year-old recently refused to rule out a return to Crystal Palace during the January transfer window.
