Didier Drogba mocks Benfica in Chelsea TV video

Didier Drogba could face a hostile reception in Lisbon tonight after footage has surfaced in which the striker appears to mock Benfica.

The video shows the Ivory Coast international apparently 'quaking with fear' after watching Chelsea draw the Portuguese giants in the Champions League quarter-final.

Chelsea have insisted that the matter is a simple misunderstanding but Benfica coach Jorge Jesus has said that he will let his players do the talking at the Estadio da Luz.

"Any response to Drogba we will give on the field," said Jesus. "Who knows what he was thinking, maybe he was joking.

"We eliminated Manchester United this season and Sporting Lisbon put out Manchester City - that should indicate the strengths of Portuguese football."
