Preview: Charlton Athletic vs. Nottingham Forest

With Nottingham Forest due to take on Charlton Athletic tomorrow, Sports Mole previews the Championship encounter.

There have been signs in recent weeks that the Nottingham Forest squad have started to click under the guidance of Billy Davies.

The Tricky Trees will travel to Charlton Athletic tomorrow night in fifth position, having not lost any of their last four outings in the Championship.

Davies could have Kelvin Wilson, Nathaniel Chalobah and Jamie Paterson available for the contest at The Valley, the trio having missed out with injuries last time out against Derby County.

Meanwhile, a knee injury has ruled out Charlton defender Chris Solly, while Leon Cort and Johnnie Jackson will also be absent.

Chris Powell's Addicks have struggled so far this term and have won just one of their three home matches - that was back in late August against Leicester City.

The last time that these two sides met in South London, Forest ran out 2-0 victors.
