Preview:Celtic vs. Red Bull Salzburg

Celtic vs. Red Bull Salzburg

Victory over Red Bull Salzburg on Thursday night will guarantee Celtic a place in the Europa League knockout stages.

Both sides are unbeaten so far in the competition and it is Salzburg who lie top of Group B with 10 points out of a possible 12.

The Austrian side ensured that they would be in the last 32 with their convincing 5-1 victory in Croatia against Dinamo Zagreb on matchday four.

Celtic boss Ronny Deila has a near fully-fit squad to choose from, while opposite nubmer Adolf Hutter does have several selection problems.

Defender Andreas Ulmer is suspended, with several other injuries also restricting the number at Hutter's disposal.

The 2-2 draw between these two sides on matchday one back in September were the only points that Salzburg have dropped in 12 Europa League group games, a run that stretches back to December 2011.

They are also this year's top scorers with 13 goals in four games.
