David Nugent's first-half strike is enough to see Leicester City walk away from Turf Moor with all three points.

Leicester City have kept pace with the Championships playoff hopefuls courtesy of a 1-0 victory over Burnley at Turf Moor.

David Nugent put the visitors ahead against his old club on the half-hour mark when he poked the ball past Lee Grant from Wes Morgan's centre.

Danny Ings may have levelled the scores when he got on the end of Dean Marney's knockdown, but his shot went well over Kasper Schmeichel's goal.

Martin Paterson and Sam Vokes both tested Schmeichel in the second half, but the visitors were able to see out the victory.
