Preview: Burnley vs. Blackpool

Sports Mole previews the fixture between Burnley and Blackpool in the Championship.

Burnley will be hoping to record just their second win in nine games when they play Blackpool at Turf Moor on Saturday.

The Clarets' form has dipped since they reached the top of the Championship table earlier in the campaign, but Sean Dyche's side have managed to remain just two points off the lead despite their recent form.

Dyche could name the same starting lineup that earned a 1-1 draw away at Leicester City last weekend.

Blackpool boss Paul Ince has seen his team fall to defeat in their last three fixtures, but the Seasiders remain just two points away from the playoff places.

Ince could make changes for the short visit to Burnley, with striker Michael Chopra in contention for a starting role.

Recent form

Burnley: DDLDWD

Blackpool: LDWLLL

Possible starting lineups

Burnley: Heaton; Trippier, Mee, Duff, Shackell; Marney, Arfield, Jones, Kightly; Ings, Vokes

Blackpool: Gilks; Basham, Robinson, Broadfoot, Cathcart; Ferguson, Gosling, Osbourne, Ince; Delfouneso, Chopra

Sports Mole says: 3-1
