Sean Dyche: "We've done it our own way"

Burnley boss Sean Dyche hails his players and their battling spirit following their promotion to the Premier League.

Burnley boss Sean Dyche believes that his side have battled away in the Championship this season to earn their place in the Premier League.

The Clarets' promotion was confirmed following their 2-0 win over Wigan Athletic at Turf Moor, which sees them return to the top flight after a four-year absence.

Dyche told BBC Sport: "We've done it our own way, we've been effective enough to get 89 points and get promoted - that will do for me. We know the challenges and the realities, and we have done all year, but this group of players have been amazing."

Dyche's side are four points behind Leicester City at the top of the Championship, with two games remaining this season.
