Half-Time Report: All square at Turf Moor

Burnley are holding West Ham United to a 0-0 scoreline in the League Cup at Turf Moor this evening.

With chances few and far between for the visitors, Junior Stanislas had the best opening for the home side when he drilled a shot at goal that was well saved by Adrian after 12 minutes.

Danny Ings then flashed a header wide after 19 minutes following some good approach play from the Clarets.

The Premier League side never really got going in the first period and the home side were unlucky when Sam Vokes headed against the crossbar towards the end of the half.
