Tuesday's League One predictions including Cambridge vs. Bolton

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's League One fixtures, including Cambridge United vs. Bolton Wanderers.

Bristol Rovers vs. Fleetwood (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Bristol Rovers will be bidding to make it three straight wins in League One when they welcome struggling Fleetwood Town to the Memorial Stadium on Tuesday night.

The home side are currently 10th in the League One table, 12 points off sixth-placed Stevenage, while Fleetwood are 23rd, eight points from the safety of 20th position.

We say: Bristol Rovers 1-1 Fleetwood Town

This is a difficult match to call, as Fleetwood will be full of confidence following their strong win last time out. Bristol Rovers are the favourites, but they have only won six times on home soil in the league this season, drawing five, and we can see the points being shared on Tuesday night.

Burton Albion vs. Cheltenham (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

After taking a point from their last two matches, Burton Albion will try to return to winning ways when they face Cheltenham Town in Tuesday's League One contest.

Like their hosts, the Robins will also be looking for a positive response after losing each of their last three matches.

We say: Burton Albion 2-1 Cheltenham Town

Burton may have lost out to Lincoln at the weekend, but they have won three of their previous five home matches, and we think they will draw upon that success to claim a narrow victory over a Cheltenham side that has lost their last three away games.

Cambridge vs. Bolton (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Promotion-chasing Bolton Wanderers will attempt to extend their unbeaten league run to four games when they travel to the Abbey Stadium for Tuesday's clash with Cambridge United.

Like their opponents, the U's will also be looking to continue their fine run of form, having avoided defeat in each of their last four matches in League One.

We say: Cambridge United 0-2 Bolton Wanderers

Cambridge may have proven to be a tough team to beat in recent weeks, but we think their four-game unbeaten run will be brought to an end by a Bolton side that have won three of their last four away league matches.

Exeter vs. Peterborough (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Peterborough United will be bidding to bounce back from their home defeat to Wigan Athletic when they resume their League One campaign with a clash against Exeter City on Tuesday night.

The visitors are fourth in the League One table, three points behind second-placed Derby County, while Exeter sit in 17th position, only five points clear of the relegation zone.

We say: Exeter City 0-2 Peterborough United

This is a tough ask for Exeter against a talented Peterborough outfit. The home side are capable of making it a frustrating evening for Ferguson's team, but we are expecting the visitors to navigate their way to an important three points in Tuesday night's affair.

Port Vale vs. Leyton Orient (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Port Vale will attempt to end a four-game winless run when they welcome Leyton Orient to Vale Park for Tuesday's League One contest.

In contrast to their hosts, the O's are enjoying a fine run of form, having put together a seven-game unbeaten run.

We say: Port Vale 1-2 Leyton Orient

Leyton Orient have been in fine form in recent times, and after winning five of their last seven matches, we think the confident visitors will do enough to record a narrow victory.

Stevenage vs. Reading (Tuesday, 7.45pm)

Stevenage will have the chance to record a fourth consecutive victory when they play host to Reading in Tuesday's League One fixture.

Meanwhile, the Royals will try to extend their unbeaten run to four league matches after taking five points from their previous three games.

We say: Stevenage 1-1 Reading

Reading may have won just one away league game this season, but they have drawn four of their last five away matches in the third tier, and we think they will do enough to hold Stevenage to a draw in Tuesday's contest.
