Chris Hughton eager for Brighton & Hove Albion consistency

Brighton boss Chris Hughton calls on his team to extend their winning run after beating Leeds.

Brighton & Hove Albion boss Chris Hughton has challenged his players to put a winning run together following their 2-0 victory over Leeds United.

The Seagulls made it two wins on the bounce in the Championship last night as they saw off Leeds at the Amex Stadium.

Hughton is now keen for his team to climb further towards the top half of the table after getting themselves up to 18th place.

"Two back-to-back wins are important. You only have to look at Leeds' rise up the table and that is only as a result of winning consecutive games," he told the club's official website.

"That is now four games undefeated and we have to make sure that we take that form to Bolton and try and get a result there. It is about keeping the momentum going and the players are in a good place at the moment."

Brighton are back in action on Saturday when they make the trip to Bolton Wanderers in the league.
