Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Andrew Crofts has stated that he will come back stronger after being hit by injuries this season.
The Wales international has had two long-term spells on the sidelines this campaign, missing four months in total.
Crofts, who played his first match since January in Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Bolton, believes that he will be better for the experience.
"It's been a tough season as I've never really been injured before," he told BBC Sussex.
"I think this experience will make me stronger - there's a hunger that comes when you see the boys play and not being able to help.
"We've got a real good chance to do something this year. This club is built for good things, but we've got to be the ones to do it."
Crofts has made 19 appearances in all competitions for Brighton this season.
