Brentford goalkeeper David Button has said that confidence is growing amongst his teammates after a run of six consecutive wins in all competitions.
The Bees have not lost since a 2-1 reversal at Stevenage last month.
Button has said that the defeat in Hertfordshire has proved to be a turning point for the team.
"There is a buzz around the place. Everyone is more optimistic about what the season holds for us," he told Brentford's official website.
"It is lovely to be winning but we are under no illusions that we have to keep the hard work up to maintain the momentum. I was gutted after Stevenage. I blamed myself for the result.
"You have to take it on the chin and to win six on the bounce since then I think it shows mental strength from me and the lads. It was a turning point for us and at the meeting after the game the lads got a few things off their chest. Since then it has been great."
Brentford currently sit fourth in League One.
