Sports Mole looks at how Brazil could line up for Friday's World Cup clash with Cameroon at the Lusail Iconic Stadium.

Brazil will be without a number of players for Friday's final World Cup 2022 group game, in which they take on Cameroon at the Lusail Iconic Stadium, owing to injuries sustained in the tournament so far.

Selecao's most notable absentee is their talisman, Neymar, who suffered an ankle injury in the opening game against Serbia, so Lucas Paqueta may instead come into the side, as he did against Switzerland.

Alex Sandro picked up a muscle injury in the last match, which eventually led to his substitution late on, and so Alex Telles is likely to start on the left of a back four.

Marquinhos should continue in the middle, partnering veteran captain Thiago Silva, while Alisson Becker is set to keep his place between the sticks.

Juventus right-back Danilo is not ready to return to the team as he continues to deal with another ankle injury, so Eder Militao will surely keep his place, as it is a position that he has become accustomed to operating in at Real Madrid.

Moving forward, the man who bagged the solitary goal in the 1-0 victory against Switzerland last time out, Casemiro, is likely to get the nod at the base of midfield, with more attacking option Lucas Paqueta being chosen slightly further forward.

Given that Brazil are in a very strong position to win the group, Tite may make some changes, with Bruno Guimaraes coming in to advanced midfield, replacing Fred.

This may also be the case in attack, with Gabriel Jesus a potential option, should the manager want to rest his side's top scorer, Richarlison, for the knockout stages, while the aforementioned Antony, and Vinicius Jr may play in supporting roles from the flanks.

Brazil possible starting lineup:
Alisson; Militao, Marquinhos, Silva, Telles; Casemiro, Guimaraes, Paqueta; Antony, Jesus, Vinicius Jr
