Howe keen to extend Camp stay

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has said that he is eager to extend Lee Camp's loan switch from West Bromwich Albion.

The 29-year-old joined the Championship club on an emergency loan deal last month, following an injury to on-loan West Ham United stopper Stephen Henderson.

When asked if he would like Camp to remain at the club, Howe told BBC Radio Solent: "Definitely, with the way he has performed, yes we would like to keep him.

"But there are, of course, two sides to that and we will wait and see what his parent club has to say."

Camp has made two appearances for the Cherries during his loan spell.
