Team News: Mats Hummels returns to Borussia Dortmund defence

Mats Hummels has returned to the Borussia Dortmund side for their Bundesliga clash with Hertha Berlin in the German capital.

The centre-back missed the Champions League draw with Anderlecht in midweek due to injury, but he is fit enough to partner Neven Subotic in defence.

Ciro Immobile keeps his place in attack, while there are recalls to the starting lineup for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Sven Bender.

Nuri Sahin, Shinji Kagawa and Adrian Ramos are all forced to settle for places on the bench as Dortmund look to gain momentum ahead of the winter break.

Salomon Kalou is still unable to force his way into the Hertha Berlin starting lineup, but there is a place in attack for Julian Schieber, who will be supported by Anis Ben-Hatira.
