Adnan Januzaj frustrated by lack of Borussia Dortmund chances

Adnan Januzaj has claimed that a lack of opportunities at Borussia Dortmund is halting his development.

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal sent Januzaj to Dortmund in the summer after deciding that he would not be used on a regular basis at Old Trafford, but the 20-year-old is yet to start in the Bundesliga under Thomas Tuchel.

"I do not have the form to play better on the field," he told reporters. "I just need more games.

"I train very hard, but I do not have many games in my legs, which makes it difficult for me mentally. I need more games to be a better player.

"I have qualities that I demonstrated in Manchester. But it is difficult at the moment."

Januzaj will be on loan at Dortmund until the end of the season.
