Bolton Wanderers left-back Marc Tierney has been ruled out for a "number of months" with a broken foot.
The former Norwich City man suffered the injury in a challenge with Yeovil Town's Shane Duffy in Saturday's 1-1 draw at the Reebok Stadium.
A statement on the Trotters' official website read: "Tierney is set to be out of action for a number of months after scans confirmed a fracture in his right foot."
Bolton are still without a win in the league this year after nine games and lie 23rd in the table. They next face unbeaten-at-home Blackpool tomorrow night.
