Michael Chopra has claimed that he feels wanted at his new club Blackpool.
The 29-year-old completed his move from Ipswich Town on Thursday, signing a one-year contract with the Bloomfield Road club.
After being told that he was free to leave Ipswich in May, Chopra is pleased that he has secured a move away from East Anglia.
"I'm at a club where I'm wanted. It's nice to be wanted again," he told BBC Radio Lancashire.
"When you're playing with good players, you know you'll get a lot of chances to score goals.
"I believe that if I get the chances, I will score goals. I've done that all my life."
Chopra scored 34 goals in 96 appearances for Ipswich.
