Simon Vukcevic completes Blackburn move

Simon Vukcevic has completed his transfer from Sporting Lisbon to Blackburn Rovers.

The Lancashire club are thought to have secured the Montenegro international for around £2m after he underwent a medical last week.

The 25-year-old follows David Goodwillie, Myles Anderson and Radosav Petrovic as manager Steve Kean's fourth summer signing.

Vukcevic joined Sporting from Saturn Moscow Oblast for £3.5m in 2007.

Blackburn have lost both games so far this season, falling to Aston Villa and Wolves respectively.
