Scott Dann, Yakubu near Blackburn Rovers arrivals

Birmingham City's Scott Dann has passed a medical ahead of a move to Blackburn Rovers from Championship club Birmingham City.

The 24-year-old centre-back, who has been at Ewood Park all day, will cost Steve Kean £6m, raising to £8m depending on appearances.

Meanwhile, Everton striker Yakubu has also passed a medical examination at Ewood Park.

The two clubs agreed a fee for the Nigerian international earlier today.
