Team News: Scott Parker returns for Fulham

Fulham captain Scott Parker returns to the starting lineup as they travel to Birmingham City in the Championship.

Caretaker manager Kit Symons has recalled the skipper in place of Kostas Stafylidis, while Shaun Hutchinson continues to serve his suspension.

Meanwhile, Paul Caddis drops out of the side in favour of Mark Duffy for Birmingham, as David Cotterill and Demarai Gray start for the home side.
