Report: Real Betis to return for Dorlan Pabon

Real Betis are reportedly preparing to re-sign Colombian striker Dorlan Pabon from Valencia in the January transfer window.

The 25-year-old scored eight times for Betis last season during a loan spell from Monterrey, before moving to La Liga rivals Valencia in the summer.

The pacey forward has struggled for consistency this season, however, and his agent Ricardo Calleri has added fuel to the speculation by claiming that a move is "not impossible".

"The operation is difficult, but not impossible. It depends on many factors and we will have to wait," Calleri told Estadio Deportivo.

A number of European clubs are also believed to be monitoring developments.
