Belgium winger Eden Hazard wants his country to live up to the hype and qualify for the 2014 World Cup.
The Chelsea midfielder is preparing to face Wales at Cardiff City Stadium on Friday having enjoyed a strong start to his Blues career.
A big future has been predicted for the current Belgian national team and Hazard wants his fellow countrymen to prove their worth.
"It is said Belgium has a great generation, it is now up to us to prove it on the pitch by winning matches and qualifying for the 2014 World Cup," said Hazard.
"I know it must be better, but I'm only 21 and still have much to learn. Success will come."
The 21-year-old moved to Stamford Bridge in the summer for £32m.
