Toni Kroos in Bayern Munich contract talks

Bayern Munich midfielder Toni Kroos has revealed that he has entered contract talks with the German champions.

The 23-year-old's current terms at the Allianz Arena are due to expire at the end of next season.

"I am in touch with Bayern Munich regarding a new deal," Kroos told Kicker-Sportmagazin.

"This will get more important as the expiry date in 2015 approaches more and more. There is no infinite amount of time. Everyone knows that.

"I have a basic interest in signing a new contract. If I keep on going like I am, everything will be fine."

Kroos signed his first professional contract with Bayern in 2007 after graduating from the club's youth academy.
