Pep Guardiola rules out Mario Gotze exit

Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola has dismissed the prospect of selling Mario Gotze.

The Germany international has been linked with a move to Juventus this summer.

However, Guardiola said that he has no plans of offloading the World Cup winner this transfer window.

Guardiola told reporters: "Mario is a top player. He's a player in my team, and he'll be here for the season which is about to begin.

"There has been no contact with other teams, and I have nothing else to add."

Bayern play Nottingen in the DFB-Pokal on August 8 ahead of the new Bundesliga season.
