Wolfsburg and Borussia Dortmund will both be looking to put midweek Champions League disappointments behind them when they go head to head in Bundesliga action at the Volkswagen Arena on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts fell to their first defeat under their new boss in Seville on Tuesday evening, whilst the visitors all-but confirmed their failure to reach the knockout stages after losing in Lisbon on Wednesday.

We say: Wolfsburg 1-1 Borussia Dortmund

We are predicting these sides to cancel each other out in this one on Saturday, due to the similar situations they find themselves in in the build up.

Neither are firing on all cylinders in front of goal in recent weeks, so although goals are usually expected in Dortmund's fixtures in particular, we can see this being a low-scoring affair at the Volkswagen Arena.

Hertha Berlin vs. Augsburg (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Hertha Berlin will be looking to bounce back from their derby day disappointment when they play host to Augsburg at the Olympiastadion on Saturday afternoon.

Meanwhile, the visitors head to the capital full of confidence on the back of their astonishing win over league leaders Bayern Munich last Friday evening.

We say: Hertha Berlin 2-1 Augsburg

Despite the differing forms of the two sides, we are predicting the side with a poor run of form in recent weeks to come out victorious here - Hertha.

Augsburg are yet to win on their travels this season and have managed just two goals on the road, so with Hertha playing host on Saturday, as well as their strong recent record over their opponents, we can see them recording a vital victory in front of their own supporters.

FC Koln vs. Borussia M'bach (Saturday, 2.30pm)

The Bundesliga's weekend action includes the biggest of the Rhineland derbies on Saturday afternoon, with FC Koln hosting their rivals Borussia Monchengladbach at the RheinEnergieStadion.

The hosts have won just one of their last nine league outings heading into the derby, whilst the visitors continue to climb the league table during an upturn in recent form following a slow start to the campaign.

With the absence of Timo Horn and Anthony Modeste being big misses for Koln in this one, it would have been easy to sway towards a Monchengladbach win here.

However, Koln's unbeaten home record so far means we are predicting that they will still manage to pick up a point in the derby with the boost of the home crowd, as well as their ability to avoid defeats so far this season.

VfL Bochum vs. Freiburg (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Freiburg's exceptional Bundesliga campaign will continue when they travel to face newcomers VFL Bochum on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors are in the midst of an unlikely battle for Champions League football, whilst Bochum will be looking for points to distance themselves from the drop.

We say: VfL Bochum 2-0 Freiburg

Whilst the top four is an unlikely achievement for comparable minnows in German football Freiburg, they do boast pedigree in qualifying for the Europa League.

Bayern Munich will be expected to bounce back from their shock defeat at Augsburg last weekend when they return to Bundesliga action against Arminia Bielefeld at the Allianz Arena on Saturday evening.

Meanwhile, the visitors head to the champions with very little expectation of a result, despite picking up four points from their last two matches after a poor start to the campaign.

Instead of trying to predict the outcome of this match, many will instead be trying to predict how wide the winning margin will be for Bayern over Bielefeld.

Many visitors stand little chance of achieving any kind of a result at the Allianz Arena, so considering the struggles of Bielefeld, it will largely be a task of damage limitation on Saturday, but we are predicting a thoroughly comprehensive victory for Bayern to returning to winning ways in the Bundesliga.
