Granit Xhaka: Bayern will not score tonight

FC Basel starlet Granit Xhaka has said that Bayern Munich will struggle to score in tonight's Champions League last-16 showdown.

The 19-year-old is confident that his team will progress to the quarter-finals, despite Bayern's 7-1 hammering of Hoffenheim on Saturday.

"It is definitely difficult to score against us," said Xhaka.

"Bayern may have scored goals this weekend, but they are not up against Hoffenheim tomorrow. They are up against FC Basel, and they are not going to get any goals then."

Basel are currently 12 points clear at the top of the Swiss Super League.
