Thiago Alcantara dismisses injury relapse claims

Bayern Munich midfielder Thiago Alcantara has taken to Twitter to dismiss reports of an injury relapse.

The Spain international has not played since he suffered a partial tear of an internal ligament in his right knee in March.

German newspaper Munchner Merkur is reported to have written that Alcantara will not return to action until October at the earliest, but the 23-year-old addressed these claims on social media.
