Bastian Schweinsteiger has returned to the Bayern Munich starting lineup for their Bundesliga clash against Bayer Leverkusen this evening.

The German midfielder missed the Bavarian giants' 2-0 home defeat to Arsenal in the Champions League in midweek because of suspension.

Xherdan Shaqiri also starts for Bayern and so do Dutch winger Arjen Robben and German striker Mario Gomez.

Philipp Wollscheid returns from suspension for Bayer to take his place in defence.
