League Two roundup: Danny Hylton puts Oxford United top

Sports Mole rounds up Saturday's League Two action as a Danny Hylton goal puts Oxford United top of the table.

Danny Hylton scored his first goal in 11 games as Oxford United edged Hartlepool United 1-0 at Victoria Park, putting them top of League Two.

Ryan Brunt scored a 93rd-minute equaliser for Plymouth Argyle, keeping them in second place after they drew 1-1 with Dagenham & Redbridge.

Northampton Town stay in third place, level on points with the top-two sides in League Two, after goals from Lawson D'Ath and Marc Richards were enough to beat Yeovil Town 2-0.

Accrington Stanley cruised to a 5-1 win over York City, as Billy Kee grabbed a brace in the thrashing.

Swansea City loanee Oliver McBurnie scored a hat-trick on his Newport County debut, as the Exiles overcame Luton Town 3-0.

Chris Whelpdale netted a hat-trick in Stevenage's 4-3 win over Morecambe, as Dean Wells opened the scoring for Teddy Sheringham's side.

Mansfield Town took advantage of their extra man before losing a player themselves, as they beat Barnet 3-1 after Josh Clarke picked up two yellow cards in the first half.

Portsmouth secured a point after being two goals down against Wycombe Wanderers, as the game ended 2-2.

A Charlie Wyke double and a goal from Jabo Ibehre sealed a 3-1 win over Crawley Town for Carlisle United, as the Northern side keep themselves in the playoff places.

Exeter City have snatched two points away from Bristol Rovers, as Jamie Reid scored in the 94th-minute equaliser to make the final score 1-1.

Ten-man Leyton Orient failed to hold on to their one-goal lead, as Adebayo Akinfenwa scored a late equaliser for AFC Wimbledon as the game finished 1-1.

Cambridge United came from a goal down to beat Notts County 3-1 as Barry Corr scored from the spot, with Luke Berry and Ben Williamson rounding off the score.
