Investment firm want £25.6m for Neymar share

The chief executive of DIS, an investment firm that holds a 40% of the rights to Santos striker Neymar, has revealed that his company want €30m (£25.6m) for their share in the player.

The Brazilian has expressed his desire to join Barcelona this summer, although the Spanish side are attempting to negotiate on the €22m (£18.8m) price for the 55% owned by Santos.

However, Roberto Moreno, head of DIS, said that he wants to do business at a higher price.

"We want to recover the investment we made," Moreno said on Radio Transamerica. "€30m is a good figure for us.

"My feeling is that the negotiations will close in 10 days. The footballer has already acknowledged to Santos that he wants to leave."

Another investment firm, TEISA, own the other 5% of Neymar's rights.
