Barcelona reportedly have no intention of ending their interest in Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez ahead of the next transfer window.

Barcelona reportedly remain keen to reach an agreement with Inter Milan for Lautaro Martinez.

While the Catalan giants hold a long-standing interest in the forward, the financial implications of the coronavirus pandemic have left the La Liga leaders struggling to meet the 22-year-old's release clause.

Earlier this week, the Italian giants insisted that they are not prepared to accept lower than the designated fee, said to be set at £99.6m.

However, according to The Guardian, Inter's stance will not result in Barcelona contemplating an approach for a cheaper alternative.

The report reiterates that the plan is for the Spanish side to offer at least one player in part-exchange as they look to reduce their financial outlay.

No deal is expected to materialise unless Inter are able to sign a player of Antonio Conte's choosing.
