Pedro pleased to open tally

Barcelona attacker Pedro says that he was pleased to get off the mark for the new season in Sunday's 5-0 win over Levante.

Barcelona attacker Pedro has revealed that he was "happy" to open his account for the season in Sunday's 5-0 win over Levante.

The Spanish winger also praised Barca's form this season, with the Catalan outfit winning each of their four matches to sit atop the La Liga table.

"I'm happy. Goals always come and I have to be calm. The most important thing is the team wins," Pedro told Mundo Deportivo.

"This is only the start of the season and there is a lot of time remaining. But I feel good. I want to work for the team, to try and help win. The most important thing is we do our job and not look at other teams. We have to look at future games.

"We are doing very well. It's a very strong team and we created lots of chances."

Barcelona continue their league season against Malaga on Wednesday evening.
