Barcelona midfielder Andres Iniesta believes that no footballer can be perfect.
The 28-year-old Spain international says it is the search for perfection that helps football evolve.
"The perfect player doesn't exist," he told BBC Sport. "I don't think there is one.
"Everything is likely to improve, things can be done better. I rate myself as someone who enjoys the learning process and someone who tries to be better every year.
"Perfection doesn't exist. There are players who are close, but it's almost impossible to be perfect. Football evolution wouldn't be possible if perfection existed."
Barcelona are currently nine points clear at the top of La Liga.
