Barcelona's Adriano suffers thigh problem

Barcelona left-back Adriano has been struck down with a thigh injury in training.

The 29-year-old, who is one of the few first-team players at Camp Nou who are not on international duty, is said to have suffered a "twinge to his right thigh".

The niggle means that the versatile player is a doubt for Barcelona's La Liga fixture with Eibar on October 18.

Adriano has made just three appearances in all competitions during the opening weeks of the campaign.
