De Jong is currently on the sidelines with a knee ligament injury, and it is unclear at this stage of proceedings when the Netherlands international will return.


Roony Bardghji

Type of injury: Knee

Possible return date: Unknown

Bardghji was expected to leave Barcelona on loan this summer before the news broke that he had suffered a torn ACL, which will sideline him for a significant period.


Rodri

Status: Minor doubt

Type of injury: Fitness

Possible return date: August 27 (vs. Athletic Bilbao)

Rodri is back in training after recovering from a minor back operation, and the midfielder could make his debut for Barcelona against Athletic.


Gavi

Possible return date: Unknown

Gavi was forced off against Elche on Sunday with a knee injury, and the midfielder will have a scan this week to determine the extent of the damage.
