Alexis Sanchez 'very doubtful' for El Clasico

Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has revealed that Alexis Sanchez is "very doubtful" for Saturday's El Clasico against Real Madrid at the Nou Camp.

The Chile international was taken off during Wednesday's Champions League semi-final first-leg defeat to Chelsea with a minor knock.

Despite training on Friday, Guardiola admits that the player might not make the match this weekend.

"He trained today, but he was in a lot of pain yesterday [Thursday] and he's very doubtful for tomorrow," he said.

Barca can cut Madrid's lead to four points at the top of La Liga with a win against their bitter rivals.
