Lionel Messi starts his first game for over two months this evening as Barcelona travel to Getafe in the Copa del Rey.

The four-time Ballon d'Or winner had been absent since November 10 prior to his goal-scoring return in last week's first leg win at Camp Nou.

Messi emerged from the bench to score twice late on as Barca hammered the Madrid outfit 4-0, and coach Gerardo Martino has decided to put the Argentina international in from the off this evening.

Neymar is also recalled to the side, after he was rested for the 0-0 draw against Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
