Report: Fernando Torres attracting China interest

Fernando Torres will reportedly have the chance to continue his career in the Chinese Super League next season.

The Spanish striker is currently on loan at Atletico Madrid from AC Milan, but it is understood that his Spanish club have turned down the chance to make the move permanent at the end of the season.

According to Marca, Torres will seek pastures new at the end of the current campaign and a host of Chinese top-flight clubs are sounding out a move for the experienced forward.

Torres, who has also represented both Liverpool and Chelsea during a well-travelled career, has only scored twice in 24 appearances for Atletico this season.
