Team News: Fernando Torres starts Madrid derby

Atletico Madrid have decided to hand returning striker Fernando Torres his first start since rejoining the club as they welcome Real Madrid in the Copa del Rey this evening.

The former Chelsea frontman will lead the hosts' attacking line, with creative support coming from Antoine Griezmann and Saul Niguez in forward-lying midfield roles.

Meanwhile, visiting Real have opted to leave Cristiano Ronaldo on the bench, allowing Gareth Bale, Karim Benzema and James Rodriguez to start as a front three.

Carlo Ancelotti's men will be guided by three midfielders in the shape of Toni Kroos, Sami Khedira and Isco, while Keylor Navas features instead of keeper Iker Casillas.
