Team News: Saul Niguez starts for Atletico Madrid as club captain Gabi misses out

Atletico Madrid name teenager Saul Niguez in their starting XI in their Champions League clash against Juventus this evening.

Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone has named defensive midfielder Saul Niguez in the Colchoneros' starting XI for this evening's clash against Juventus at the Vicente Calderon.

Meanwhile, Raul Garcia and Arda Turan will provide support to lone forward Mario Mandzukic.

Club captain Gabi misses out through injury, meaning that Tiago will line up alongside Koke in central midfield.

Juventus have made just one change from their 3-0 Serie A win against Atalanta last weekend, as Martin Caceres replaces Angelo Ogbonna in defence.

The Old Lady will play their usual 3-5-2 formation, with Stephan Lichtsteiner and Patrice Evra occupying the wing-back roles.

Alvaro Morata has to make do with a place on the bench, as Carlos Tevez and Fernando Llorente are picked as the forward pair.

Atletico Madrid: Moya, Juanfran, Miranda, Godin, Ansaldi, Tiago, Koke, Saul, Garcia, Turan, Mandzukic

Juventus: Buffon, Chiellini, Caceres, Bonucci, Lichtsteiner, Pogba, Vidal, Marchisio, Evra, Tevez, Llorente
