Barcelona to move for Daniel Agger?

Barcelona will reportedly move for Liverpool defender Daniel Agger after seemingly pulling out of the race to sign Athletic Bilbao defender Javi Martinez.

Catalan coach Tito Vilanova has identified a central defender as his main priority this summer, and it appears that 27-year-old Agger has moved to the top of the list.

According to the Daily Mail, Agger has become disheartened by Liverpool's failure to challenge for trophies, and favours a move to Spain.

Agger impressed for Denmark at Euro 2012 this summer.
