Report: Aston Villa agree £9m Idrissa Gueye fee

Aston Villa have reportedly agreed a £9m fee to sign midfielder Idrissa Gueye from Ligue 1 side Lille.

The 25-year-old Senegal international has featured in more than 130 matches since making his senior debut for the French side in 2010.

According to PA, the Premier League side have agreed to pay £9m for Gueye, and will hold further talks with the midfielder tomorrow when he is expected to fly to Britain to undergo a medical.

Southampton and West Ham United have also been linked with Gueye.
