Brad Guzan keeping options open

Goalkeeper Brad Guzan has admitted that his future may lie away from Aston Villa.

The American is currently enjoying a run in the first team because of a hamstring injury sustained by regular keeper Shay Given.

"I know there are discussions ongoing with my agent so it is a case of seeing what happens," the 27-year-old told the Birmingham Mail.

"Six months from now I'll be out of contract. It has to be right for both parties, but Villa is a great club."

Guzan joined Villa in 2008 from Chivas USA.
