Aston Villa's Fabian Delph out for two months after dislocating shoulder

Delph out for two months

Aston Villa midfielder Fabian Delph could miss up to two months of action after dislocating his right shoulder in training.

Manager Paul Lambert said on Thursday that he was unsure of the extent of Delph's injury following his "awkward" fall.

It has now emerged that Delph is likely to be out until December due to the injury, which means that he will miss England's Euro 2016 qualifier against Slovenia and the Three Lions' friendly against Scotland.

The 24-year-old made his international debut in last month's 1-0 win over Norway.
