Theo Walcott heads to hospital for chest scans

England winger Theo Walcott has travelled to hospital for a scan on his injured chest.

The 23-year-old picked up the knock in a first-half clash with San Marino goalkeeper Aldo Simoncini during their World Cup qualifier at Wembley.

It is not yet clear whether the Arsenal midfielder will be fit to face Poland on Tuesday.

England currently lead 2-0 with the match early in the second period.
