Yossi Benayoun joins Arsenal

Israel captain Yossi Benayoun has confirmed that he has left Chelsea to join Arsenal.

The 31-year-old midfielder revealed the deal on his Twitter account: "I sign with arsenal,very happy and excited about it,but now my head is only in the game against grecce on friday,thanks for the support."

The Gunners have agreed a season-long loan deal with the Blues for the player.
