Arsene Wenger to make Yann M'Vila bid

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger is lining up a bid for Rennes midfielder Yann M'Vila.

Reports suggest the 21-year-old, who recently signed a contract extension until 2015, will cost between £12m and £15m.

Fans have called on Wenger to increase his activity in the transfer market after the Gunners picked up just one point from their first two games of the season.

M'Vila has managed 11 caps for France since he made his international debut in 2010.
