Arsene Wenger hints at Nicklas Bendtner exit from Arsenal

Arsene Wenger hints that Nicklas Bendtner will leave Arsenal when his current contract with the club runs out in the summer.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has hinted that Nicklas Bendtner will leave at the end of the season.

The 26-year-old striker travelled to Copenhagen without permission from the club and was reportedly involved in an altercation with a taxi driver while on a night out.

When asked if the Denmark international has played his last game for Arsenal, Wenger told reporters: "He is at the end of his contract in the summer."

Wenger also confirmed that Bendtner will be fined for going to Denmark without his permission.
